I read the reviews prior to purchasing and I was slightly skeptical because of the mentioned bubble that is present and decreasing the amount of product. A little bubble is necessary and natural for this type of product. Once I received my cashew butter I simply warmed as recommended and mixed. I was very happy with the amount of product and the fact it stayed creamy. I never had to remix it due to any separation. I will definitely be buying again!

If you use this one spoonful at a time, always leave the cashew butter surface smooth and flat, not full of spoon-size empty holes. It will be hard and dry by the time you get to the bottom of the jar.

I have been buying this exact product at Whole Foods for the last year and I do not believe this is really Artisana cashew butter. The jars were not filled all the way and the texture and flavor were different.
